PERSONAL ESSENCE JOURNEY by C. Hart 1999

For many years I have carried "Rescue Remedy" with me, knowing that it was a Bach Flower Essence -- knowing it, using it, being helped by it but not consciously connecting with it.

I have been aware as well of the Findhorn Gardens since the 70's. These gardens in Scotland originated as a CO-CREATED environment with information being offered by the Devic Kingdoms through Dorothy Maclean and Eileen Caddy with the outer assistance of Peter Caddy. I was knowing about, believing in, but still not having a conscious experience.

Starting in 1995 working with Lise Taiji (BodyMindSoul Integration®) I experienced deep energy work utilizing Sacred Geometry on the body in relation to "word" Essences such as "Courage", "Trust", "Union" etc. I now acknowledge these Essences as being offered from the Angelic Kingdoms. I found that I was able to "call in" these Essences without direct connection to points on the body. I felt like a computer being upgraded; I could actually feel shifts happening in my body on a physical level. I had been experiencing much grief; as I would open to letting go I would dowse an Essence and working with guidance I would "call in" the Essence and experience it for a period of three minutes up to an hour. The effect was immediate, I felt lifted and nourished. Some experiences were very intense, some very subtle; all experience was profound.

In 1995 while travelling I was needing a specific herb (Germanium) and was unable to obtain it. As I sat in my hotel room the thought came to me that maybe I could "call in" Germanium the way I had done the Angelic Essences. Immediately the word Deva came to me and I felt compelled to call in the Deva of Germanium. As I did my Being was hit with an intense bolt of energy. I felt "bathed" in Light and Love. I sat for three hours being embraced, nourished and lifted.

At this point I already knew that I would be pursuing further work with "Flower Essences" but it would be three months before my actual course would begin. So, I started dowsing from lists of Flower Essences and working directly with the Devic kingdom. During my Flower Essence course with Barbara Whyte of the Pacha Institute™ I continued to work with "direct transmission" of Flower, Plant and Gem Essences. Later I was to work with Totem, Sacred Moment (coined by W. Catherine Kinnaird ) and other High Vibrational Essence Sources.

Through Barbara I was also exposed more deeply to Machaelle Small Wright and her work with CO-CREATION (acknowledging, honouring and working with all Life forms in the web of Life). I was familiar with Machaelle's Rose Essence work at Perelandra, the Findhorn of North America; but through Barbara I became aware of the MAP work. (Medical Assistance Program as revealed to Small Wright). In this work Small Wright would access help from higher levels of consciousness like the Angelic and Devic kingdoms plus other Illuminated Beings. An inner dialogue would be set in motion with ones own MAP team, more direct connection and communication with the unseen realms. I totally understood her concept of "expansion" (what happens when we expand upon our present mode of reality), and I acknowledged that I was going through a profound period of expansion myself. During such times our Beings undergo enormous stress. With the help of MAP and Essences we are able to move through to new paradigms of Being. Essences help to Stabilize, balance and integrate the shifts. In my personal work I have expanded my MAP teams to work with my particular Visions and healing modalities. I thank Machaelle's work for helping to open the door further to the co-creative workings of multi-dimensionality.
